Physicians have low job satisfaction in this country. They deal with mountains of paperwork everyday and possibility of malicious lawsuits. I think the ultimate solution is to change the system and decrease the burden of nonmedical tasks for physicians and encourage them to concentrate on improve the quality of health care services. I think the penalty system, mentioned in the article, will be less efficient than a reward system.
